Dustin Tucker
Managing Member
From a young age, Dustin grew up around rental property. It was the family business, allowing him to witness firsthand the risks and rewards of providing quality housing to members of the community. He went on to own and operate rental properties of his own before ultimately going to work in the industry in a professional capacity for 20+ years. Positions held have included On-site Property Manager, Regional Asset Manager, 504 Coordinator, and Senior Regional Portfolio Manager, among others.
In addition to being a long-time licensed Montana property manager, Dustin’s other credentials include Certified Professional of Occupancy, Blended Occupancy Specialist, and NSPIRE ACE. He currently serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Yellowstone Property Managers Association, keeping him in touch with industry colleagues and expert trainers. He enjoys the outdoors, travel, fishing, motorcycle riding, and volunteer work. Dustin passionately values his faith, family, friends, and community.
Laura Van Dongen
Managing Member
Laura Van Dongen has been part of the property management industry since 2008 and enjoys helping people find places they can call home. With experience in conventional, commercial, and affordable housing programs, she has built a strong reputation for professionalism, problem-solving, and genuine care for the communities she serves. Before entering property management, Laura proudly served in the United States Air Force, where she developed the leadership, adaptability, and work ethic that continue to shape her career today.
Known for her approachable nature and commitment to helping others, Laura values building strong relationships and creating positive experiences for residents, clients, and colleagues. She recently served on the Rocky Heartland AHMA Board of Directors and is passionate about supporting affordable housing professionals and the communities they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and reading anything and everything. Laura holds CPO, SHCM, C6P, S.T.A.R., and BOS certifications and is a Licensed Montana Property Manager.
