Yes, we're a Montana small business owned and operated by founders, Dustin Tucker and Laura Van Dongen. Based in Billings, MT, we've worked with properties all over the state.

What are Blue Skies's qualifications?

Our team are all Montana licensed property managers with over 40 years combined experience in the industry. We've held many industry positions and, combined, carry multiple designations and certifications including, CPO, BOS, SHCM, STAR, C6P, NSPIRE ACE.

I'm a private landlord with only one rental house. Will Blue Skies work with me or do they manage larger projects like multi-family apartment complexes?
